Sun Spot Laser Removal (Age Spots)
Sun spots are otherwise known as age-spots, brown spots, liver spots, solar lentigenes as well as hyper-pigmentation and are easily treated and removed with a laser, usually removed in only one or two treatments using either the Candela GentleLASE or the Candela Ellipse laser.

Sun spot removal and treatment is a quick and tolerable momentary sensation much like the snap of a rubber band. Immediately following the laser treatment you should expect to see the treated brown spot turn slightly red. It will turn to a darker brown within the next 24 hours. The darker spot will slough off in approximately 5-7 days. Sunscreen is suggested during that 5-7 days.

It is very important to avoid sun exposure or sunless tanning creams and booths in the area to be treated before and for a period after the treatment.

Telangiestacia are otherwise known as spider veins and are the common blue/purple veins found near the skin surface. They are found on both the face and lower extremities. They can be treated with either the Candela GentleLASE or Gentle Yag laser.

Treating and removing spider veins from the face and legs generally consists of a series of 2-3 treatments 3-4 weeks apart. At the time of treatment you will feel a quick pulse of laser energy--usually associated with the quick snap of a rubber band. A patented cooling spray (cryogen) is administered just before the laser pulse is administered making the treatment as comfortable as possible.

There is a chance of bruising for 2-6 weeks and hyper-pigmentation for 1-6 months.
